Refund Policy
We want you to enjoy our beautiful Alaskan peonies, and we stand behind the quality of each flower we grow. If for some reason your order is damaged or lost between our farm and your destination, we will work quickly with you and our logistic partners to find a solution.
If you have an issue with the quality of the peonies you received, please contact us immediately. When contacting us regarding a problem with your order, please provide details of the problem within 24-hours of the time you received your flowers. You will be asked to provide photographs of the flowers & shipping box, and provide a detailed description of the problem. It is important to us to find out what went wrong so we can prevent it from happening in the future. We will work with you and do our very best to make it right.
We cannot provide any refund or replacement after 24-hours has passed.
