Order and Shipping Information

Thank you for your interest in ordering our beautiful flowers. We appreciate your business and take great care in getting your order to you.

Each order is individually processed and hand-packed in a specially marked “Fresh-Cut Flowers” box. We pack each order with padding materials, gel ice packs, and carefully use strap-down elastic bands to secure the flowers in the box. This is all done to protect the flowers during transit.

All of the fresh-cut flowers are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. This service will ensure delivery the next day. On the day of shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow the order from our farm to your location.

Other important order information:

• We ship Monday through Thursday. Any orders placed by 5:00 pm AST will ship the following day.

• Any orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

• We can only ship to physical addresses. (No PO boxes)

• Someone needs to be present for delivery to receive the shipment. Our flowers are delicate and cannot be left outside or unattended. We are NOT responsible for any order left out in the elements.

• If you are located in an area with very hot weather, we recommend picking up from your local FedEx location. This prevents your order from being in a hot delivery vehicle all day.

• We ship in 4 different box sizes. We will do our best to pack your order in the box size that best fits your order.
  Small Box - up to 30 stems
  Quarter Box - up to 50 stems
  Half Box - up to 100 stems
  Full box - up to 200 stems
