Dr. Alexander Fleming

This deep-pink peony is a close relative to Sarah Bernhardt. Darker in color, its rose shaped flowers are full and fluffy. It is known for its intense sweet fragrance. The blooms grow on medium stems with lighter green foliage. They lasts a long time and is named after the doctor who discovered Penicillin.
